It has been a thrilling momen when I got my first book about Butler is out in print. The momen is begun by the time the book is on the way from the printing company heading right to my desk at work.
I have, certainly, thanked all of my colleagues and those who were involved in driving me into the world of butler service. Without their presence the story will never be here now.
Besides, in the support of my colleagues I have successfully launched the book virtually. I am expecting the content of the book will melt down from one reader to another and another who is now taking part in the hospitality industry.
The book is classified into seven chapters covering the definition of butler service, challenge, composition, reasons, activities, tips and hospitality terminologies. The book itself is aimed to help hoteliers expanding their career through the life as a butler, whether they are now working as a receptionist, waiter/waitress, room maid, cook, front desk agent, gardener, pool boy and the list goes on.
